Luxury homes sold for an average of $818.86 per square foot. There are currently 110 luxury homes listed at or above $3,000,000 on the market; 49 of them are listed for $6,000,000 more; 25 homes are listed at $10,000,000 or above.

Luxury condos sold after an average of 80 days, which is 56 days faster than in February 2020. Condos sold for an average of 94.1% of asking price and for an average of $1,541.30 per square foot. There are currently 66 luxury condos listed at or above $3,000,000 on the market; 13 of them are listed for $6,000,000 more; 4 condos are listed at $10,000,000 or above.
